About Thames Ambulance Training Service

Thames Ambulance Training Services is currently active in the field of the provision of training in first aid, manual handling and various other health and safety courses listed, to industry, the NHS, local authority, nursing homes, schools and the public and private sector.

All our trainers hold and maintain qualifications in the subjects that they teach, Relevant courses are registered with the Health and Safety Executive (Approval number 11/05), and the CITB for grant purposes.

Course Venues

All our courses are available at our training centre in Canvey Island Essex and at our satellite training centres in east London and Swanscombe or at your own premises (by arrangement - minimum of eight candidates). These fully equipped training centres contain all the facilities, visual aids, models, videos, charts, books, and resuscitation manikins, in short everything that the candidate will need for a successful and enjoyable course.
