Patient Transport Service Staff Required

Purpose of the role:
- Undertake initial ambulance aid training and further training as required
- Adopt a flexible attitude in meeting work commitments
- Transport patients to and from treatment centre's
- Ensure the general welfare and safety of patients whilst in the care of the Ambulance Service using first aid skills where necessary, following training
- Complete the relevant patient transport journey or delivery documentation for patient journey documents / samples or other cargo as required
- Liaise, communicate and co-operate with colleagues, health care and medical professionals in order to ensure the highest standard of patient care
- Operate all types of communication equipment provided in a safe manner
- Carry out vehicle and equipment inspections at the commencement of each shift
- Shift patterns may apply on a rolling rota
- Ideally to have a C1 licence although not essential
Accounts Clerk (part time)

Purpose of the role:
We are recruiting a part time Accounts Clerk to work within the admin section of our company.
A successful track record within an accounts function is essential.
The position is working 5 days a week and will be between 20 - 25 hours a week.
Main activities
- General Knowledge of payroll
- Bought & Sales ledgersing Sage accounting system
- Inputting of time sheets
- Producing of invoices
- Petty cash
- Credit control knowledge
- Excellent IT skills including a knowlewdge of Excel & formulas
- Dealing with pay enquiries
- Maintaining records
